Beer Description
The initial flavors are very floral with some citrus notes leading to a soft mid palate with noticeable banana notes.
This 5.1% beer is based upon our German Hefeweizen, but is a touch lighter in body and features up front aroma and flavors from the extensive dry hopping with west coast hops. The finish brings out the clove-like phenols that are typical in a German Hefeweizen. Hop lovers will enjoy this sessionable San Diego version of the traditional German style.
