Beer Description
Brewed with all german malts (Vienna, Munich, & Pilsner) and hops (Hallertau Blanc), Bright One (named for the english translation of the word “Helles”) has a wonderful bready malt flavor perfectly balanced with faint notes of stone fruit and a herbal spice. Bittering is moderate thanks to the late boil hopping and extended lagering period. Unfiltered and moderately carbonated, Bright One has a luscious mouthfeel while still being clean, refreshing, and completely crushable.
