Beer Description
An American Imperial Red. SanTan’s rendition of the style involves a big blast Nelson-Sauvin hops, named for its county of origin’s famously popular Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in Marlborough, New Zealand. The Nelson-Sauvin hops give an unmistakable aroma of apricots and a slight taste of fresh peaches. This full forward hop character is balanced with a solid caramel malt flavor. Hints of roast and espresso linger with the staying flavor of the fruity hop.
