Beer Description
Pours a deep red colour with medium sweet palate. Delightful sweet and acid balance, packed with the flavours of heritage Moutere apples and blackcurrants.
In France, the blending of blackcurrant (cassis) with dry wine or cider as an aperitif is a popular tradition. Our Cider Kir draws on this heritage. Blackcurrants from a neighbouring farm are pressed in the cidery and the intense juice is sweetened before blending with our dry cider.
