Beer Description
Confession IPA is brewed using American IPA brewing practices. We feature a combination of hops that give the beer a distinctive but not overpowering hop character. The beer is dry hopped during aging with Cascade hops, providing a citrus presence and early aroma. When combined with its malt blend, the hop character is balanced by a slight sweetness with full body flavor in the mouth said Ray Klimovitz, The Fat Cat Beer Company’s brewmaster,. “The beer features remarkable clarity, a refreshing taste and an exceptionally smooth finish.”
