Beer Description
Like all bocks, Maibock is all about the malt. Vienna malt lends a toasty flavor while Cara Pils adds sweetness & body. CaraRed malt does its part to ensure the traditional golden hue. The bright, spicy hop profile is what sets this style apart from its bock-siblings. Donโt Call Me Honey features a hearty middle Santiam hop addition that balances out and showcases the big malt flavors. We may still see our breath in the morning air, but we have some fresh spring in our step!
