Beer Description
We brewed this hazy IPA with our friends from Other Half in Brooklyn, NY. With a malt bill constructed upon European grown Pilsner and both Flaked Oats and Wheat, we utilized our house ale yeast blend to amplify the heavy dry-hopping. First crushed with some 2019 Citra, then finished off with more 2019 Citra, 2019 Mosaic and 2019 Galaxy (from our budz at OH). This hoppy brew reminds us shotgunning carbonated pineapple juice, Sour Diesel carts, sun baked mango slices, and trippy Ferris Wheels rides in a hop wind tunnel.
