Beer Description
Mostly comprised of traditional German pilsner malt to create body and support of other malts, we then added enough Munich, a kilned lager-style malt, to impart a noticeable character of toasted bread, light caramel and honey. Finally the addition of a mere 5.4% of German Beech wood smoked malt was added to the team to contribute a beautifully balanced smoky aroma and flavor. The combination of these malts creates a perfect harmony between sweetness and smoke and gives us a beer that is surprisingly hard to stop sipping.
