Beer Description
This dry cider is composed of a blend of apples from BlueRidge Pure. First the aroma brings light apple and apple skin with a hint of pear. Next a fresh, tart, acidic zing hits the tongue followed by fruity apple with a background of peach sweetness. Then the medium-light, spritzy body carries through to a palate cleansing finish. Finally, though light straw yellow in color, this cider finishes with a respectably warming 7.4% ABV
