Leatherwood is an intense varietal traditional made entirely with Tasmanian Leatherwood honey. Leatherwood honey is profoundly aromatic, with notes of eucalyptus, menthol, lemon peel, orchard blossom and flowers of every description. Sweetness is an integral component of this complex and well balanced mead. Simultaneously floral, spicy, fruity and herbal – this mead must be tasted to be comprehended.
