Barrel Aged Brambleberry Cheesecake Sleepy Bear
Imperial Stout Aged in Bourbon Barrels
12.0% ABV
Tasting Notes: Bramble Fruit – Milk Chocolate – Silky Vanilla
Aged for 15 months in Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels and then loaded with a brambleberry mix of blackberries and raspberries. Lastly we rested this stout on Madagascar vanilla beans and Ghana cacao nibs for another two months. This is one hell of a decadent barrel aged fruited imperial stout. The silkiness of milk sugar used in brewing pairs perfectly with the fresh punch of bramble fruit. Endless layers of flavor and complexity make this beer one to be enjoyed over time.

Pale, Wheat, Roasted Barley, Oats, Rye, Chocolate, Honey and Caramel Malts, Brown Sugar, Milk Sugar, Cacao Nibs and Madagascar Vanilla Beans
Hopped with Magnum and Fuggle Hops
Rested on Blackberries and Raspberries
Fermented with Chico Ale Yeast
