Beer Description
Armed with a powerful combination
of hops, this beer stands strong in
any West Coast IPA arena! Magnum
hops set the stage by providing a
clean bitterness & subtle spice, with
Mosaic & Simcoe added late to
deliver tropical and piney aromatics.
Dryhopping with Cascade, Centennial,
& Chinook produces the pleasing
combination of floral, pine, & citrus
aromas. We use a single 2-row
barley malt profile & lower ferment-
ation temp (65°F) of the joystick
yeast strain to reduce ester
production & showcase this diverse
hop portfolio. A 2:1 ratio of sulfate
to chloride in the original water
profile works to enhance bitterness
& hop taste. All ingredients are Certified Organic. Get After It & Enjoy Fresh!
