Beer Description
This beer is made with imported malts of the highest quality and the best coffee in the region of Upper Mogiana. This coffee is purchased directly from the producer, roasted and ground according to our specifications and macerated in cold water only to then be added to the mash brewer. Using this method we prevent the coffee aromas lose its best owing to the high temperatures present in the brewing process. The Demoiselle name is a homage to the great Brazilian Alberto Santos Dumont, whose family owned coffee plantations in the region of Ribeirão Preto.
