Now Back to the Gs is a double IPA designed to provide immense citric hop character. By utilizing cryo hops at various stages in the brewing process, we have arrived upon a particular kind of hop intensity devoid of searing bitterness or astringent polyphenols from excessive dry hopping. Pineapple-heavy Simcoe cryo is dosed in the whirlpool to feed the wort desirable hop oils. One massive dry hop of Citra and Azaaca, in both traditional pellet and cryo form, provide a range of saturated hop flavor, from overripe mango to ruby red grapefruit to cara cara orange
