Beer Description
First of Monday Night’s Black Tie series. Finally, a fresh hop beer that wears flannel year-round, listens to only vinyl, and writes his journal on a typewriter. This rich, fresh amber ale has just the right amount of “you probably haven’t heard of it,” including a large dose of fresh Chinook hops. In fact, fresh Chinook hops are the only hops used in this beer. Think of them as the single gear on his fixed gear bike, as he rides his skinny-jeaned self into the harvest season. Chinook hops. The obscure ones. Piney and citrus notes should come through. Victory, Munich and Crystal malts lend a little bit of biscuit and caramel flavor.
