The latest in our Foeder Lager Series, Kazimierz, named for General Pulaski, a patriot of both his native Poland and his adopted United States, is a Baltic Porter of formidable strength and depth. Let it warm a little in the glass to unlock layers of bakers chocolate, Demerara, caramel, and char. Itβs a smooth ride thanks to a month and a half of cold fermentation in stainless steel followed by an additional two months in our lager foeder.
