Isolation Kolsch- A light crisp German “ALT” Lager. Alt means old in German, describing this style of lager which follows the old style of fermentation, using an ale yeast yet fermented at low temperatures over a long period. Golden with just a hint of Spalt hop flavor and a crisp body with a touch of sweetness. A “Crusher.”
