Beer Description
We took the term Juicy IPA pretty literal with this beer by using Idaho Gem hops. Combined with the Mosaic hops, you’ll notice fruit candy (like Juicy Fruit), citric grapefruit, and some mango on the nose and in the taste. We used flaked barley and oats to give the beer the right mouthfeel and added 55lb of wheat malt to make it hazy. Fermented out with London Fog yeast, it all comes together to make a delicious gem of a beer.
