Beer Description
Dominated by the hops she won from Eric (‘The Red’) in alimony, Eric’s Ex-Wife is a hazy NE-style IPA that boasts flavors of blueberry, grapefruit, and ripe papaya from the heavy use of Mosaic, Simcoe, and Citra. A base of Simpson Golden Promise, Golden Naked Oats, and flaked oats pair with an apricot-forward ale yeast to create an IPA with a supremely silky texture and an aromatic medley of bright fruits.
