Beer Description
Hop Garden is an IPA brewed with different hops each time. Each batch is generously hopped Omakase style. Meaning the brewer selects hops from the hop garden based on freshness and availability. This fall we brewed with fresh wet Centennial and dry hopped with fresh wet Chinook and Cascade hops grown at the Hopyard at Oak Hollow Farm in Bedminster, NJ. It pours a hazy golden yellow with a soft body and a crisp finish. The gentle but present bitterness carries through on the palate. Intense floral and citrus aromatics and a hop candy flavor create a balanced easy drinking ale.
