Beer Description
Our LAVENDER & HONEY cider’s story begins in the orchard
as spring apple blossoms were blooming at INDIAN LADDER
FARMS. With honey bees hard at work pollinating the flowers
and bringing pollen back to their hive to turn into honey,
English Lavender plants were awakening from winter
slumber in ILFCB’s biergarten. Bring together the fruits of
these agricultural processes—early season apples, fresh
lavender, and raw honey—and the result is a hard cider that
is bright and apple-y with delicate floral notes and a touch of
sweetness. LAVENDER & HONEY pairs nicely with fresh baked
goods, poultry, and hard cheeses.
