Primarily brewed with German Pilsner malt this West Coast IPA is an ode to the original with a King Canary hop twist. We threw in a few bags of pale malt
in place of the traditional light crystal malt typically used to add a touch of
sweetness and body
Primarily brewed with German Pilsner malt this West Coast IPA is an ode to the original with a King Canary hop twist. We threw in a few bags of pale malt
in place of the traditional light crystal malt typically used to add a touch of
sweetness and body to balance the well known bitterness of the west coast IPA.
For the hop contribution we used some classic technique mixed with a modern hop blend of Galaxy, Vic Secret, and Idaho 7.
