Beer Description
A hazy and tropical twist on our classic Spiteful IPA recipe. We fermented it with London Ale III yeast to enhance the stonefruit esters, and added guava puree for a blast of tropical fruit flavor. Opaque in appearance, juicy in flavor. Citra and Amarillo augment the guava flavor at the forefront, finishing with a rind-like bitterness. In keeping with our “house hazy profile,” this beer is drier than your average hazy IPA, with a snap of bitterness on the finish.
