Beer Description
A blend of pale, vienna and wheat malts make a strong base for this beer. We add bitter orange peel for fruit notes and Belgian candy sugar to drive up the ABV and dry out the finish. The additional sweetness is then balanced with the herbal and fruity characteristics of willamette hops while the Belgian yeast imparts spice and fruit notes.
