Our newest IPA takes inspiration from the beloved Mexican-American combo plate — a mouthwatering serving of tacos, rice, beans, and maybe a cheesy enchilada. As a recent @bonappetit article by @holynopales proclaims, “It’s Time We Give the Mexican Combo Platter the Credit It Deserves.”

So let’s do it. Without further ado, we release the liquid form of this iconic dish — COMBO PLATE HAZY IPA. Our house IPA with Chinook, Simcoe, Citra Cryo hops offering a little bit of everything in each sip — a fiesta of hoppy grapefruit, dank resin, and eucalyptus flavors with a surprisingly refreshing light body.
