Beer Description
The 14th beer in the Hapa’s Brewing Nebula Series of New England style IPAs, the Heart of Carina is a nebulous region in the constellation Carina. This beer was brewed with an expressive yeast strain to highlight and accentuate the copious amounts of hops that were added late to the kettle and in two rounds of dry hopping. Citra, Idaho 7, Azacca, and Amarillo hops combine for a beer saturated with intense flavors of pineapple, pineapple, orange, and stone fruit.
