Beer Description
Bright, crisp and refreshing pretty much sums this beer up. The beer is straw yellow in color with good clarity. This is a German style ale but it is technically known as a hybrid beer. It’s fermented warm like an ale but aged cold like a lager. It’s made primarily with pilsner malt and noble hops. It has a pleasant malty flavor to start with just enough bitterness. The finish is dry with a light hop flavor.
