Beer Description
Straight from Zee Wickel is our take on a Zwickelbier lager. A Zwickelbier is an unfiltered lager often sampled through a zwickel (sample valve) on a lagering tank. We modeled the beer around a Czech Pilsner featuring a noble spicy hop aroma from Michigan grown Zuper Saazer and a soft bitterness from German Magnum.
