Beer Description
We decided it would be fun to brew up some traditional West Coast IPA for a change of pace. Starting with a base of 2-Row Pale malt and a just a pinch of caramel malt in the mash we then hopped it solely in the kettle with Mosaic. After fermentation with clean Cali yeast, we dry hopped with a blend of @freestylehops Nelson Sauvin and Motueka in addition to Mosaic Cryo and Strata. Weโre thinking about all of our friends out West as the fires continue to spread up and down the coast. A percentage of sales will be donated to the relief fund started by the Community Foundation of Santa Cruz County for the August Lightning Complex fires.
