featuring Gella’s Diner & Lb. Brewing Co. of Hays, Kansas
Paying homage to classic French Rosé wine in appearance, aroma, flavor and certainly “crushability”, PRAIRIELAND BLUSH was brewed in collaboration with LB Brewing of Hays. Hibiscus provides the beer it’s visually reminiscent pink hue and subtle berry notes. Lavender, as traditionally grown around the Provence wine region, provides floral character and sense of inspirational terroir.
