Pink Guava Gose – The base for this beer is kettle-soured using naturally occurring lactobacillus found in crushed malt, resulting in addition complexity compared to other methods. Salt is added to the brew in the kettle (the key ingredient in traditional Goses), and the addition of Pink Guava adds a bracing, musky acidity and bright tropical flavors to this refreshing brew
