Beer Description
Sono Distrutto is a creamy, luscious stout infused with cold-brewed espresso from our favorite local coffee roaster. A perfect blend of Columbian, Guatemalan, and Ethiopian coffee beans, roasted in the northern Italian tradition, provides earthy, nutty flavors and low acidity to perfectly balance the intense roastiness of black and chocolate malts.
The phrase “sono distrutto is roughly translated from the Italian as I’m wiped out, or (assuming our best Austin Powers accent), I’m spent. Sure, it’s a mouthful, but we think a good beer ought to be. At only 4.5% alcohol by volume, this Espresso Stout will help perk you up without laying you out.
