In pursuit of flavors endemic to our home, we brewed this mixed fermentation gose with 100% California grains, sea water collected from Carmel Beach a few blocks from the brewpub, and fermented with a blend of saison yeast & native microflora. The resulting beer echoes with crashing waves, brine laden sea breeze, and sun toasted white sand beaches; this crisp, effervescent, and lightly tart refresher
