“A Yeast and Hop Driven Beer
Mist Connection is our Winter East Coast Hazy IPA and is driven by profiles of Pineapple, Mango, and soft hop resins. We use malted oats and wheat for the signature haze and soft mouthfeel, while the London Yeast provides the juicy aroma. Generous amounts of Lotus (Key Lime/Creamsicle), Simcoe (Resin/Citrus), and Sultana (Tropical /Citrus) hops were used to achieve its signature flavor and aroma. Itβs medium-bodied with medium carbonation.
