Beer Description
Winters in the Sawtooth Mountains are cold, dark, & long, and it is easy to understand Out Cold. Our winter ale is brewed to be malty and bold without being sweet. We add a hearty amount of molasses to add complexity and to balance out the hint of hops, all while finishing dry and crisp. Blend of beer aged 10 months in Pinot Noir Barrels and Buffalo Trace Barrels with the tart wine flavor bending with the sweet whiskey and molasses flavors.
