Beer Description
Treats and sweets are an important part of island celebrations. This festive treat was spiced with two rounds of ground ginger and fermented with 7LBs of molasses per barrel. Expect ginger, dark molasses and sweet caramelized sugar aromas, a full creamy body with hints of sweet pie and vanilla, and a pronounced gingerbread finish. Pairs well with pies, cookies, eggnog, and holiday cheer!
