Beer Description
Bavarian-style Lager made with time and patience. Subtle, delicious and smooth with a high degree of crushability. Essentially an unfiltered Munich Helles the aroma is of honey crackers,apple skin, lemon thyme, & sweet spice. What vibrates on the palate is quite the same with bread crusty German pilsner malt up front bolstered with clean citrus & pink peppercorn. Medium-full and crisp. Frothy, little drying with a fizzy tingle fading into grainy sweetness.
