Beer Description
An imperial “cereal” stout which we had fun making emulating flavors from our favorite childhood cereals. Cap N’ Crunch, Cocoa Puffs & Cinnamon Toast Crunch were all harmed in the making of the beer. All added in the mash in copious amounts, we emphasized their flavors with the addition of cinnamon sticks, cocoa nibs, flaked corn, chocolate malt and of course lactose sugar for a deadly combination…..
