Beer Description
Dry Hopped Foeder Pilsner brewed with German “Floor-Malted” Pilsner, hopped in the kettle with Zuper Saaz and Hallertau Blanc, then gently dry-hopped with Hallertau Blanc, Huell Melon, and Mandarina Bavaria.
We fermented this low and slow in one of our American Oak Foeders for just over a month, then we transferred it to stainless where we dry hopped it and lagered it for another month.
This beer is bone dry with a firm bitterness and bright carbonation. We’re tasting freshly sliced melon and cantaloupe, hand-plucked honeysuckle and white grape, subtle oak sweetness (think toasted marshmallow and vanilla), and a tall glass of lemon-lime seltzer.
