Beer Description
Fertility Dance started life as a traditional Saison and was then re-fermented with a mixed Brett B culture. After conditioning for six months, we racked the beer over 400lb of tart Montmorency cherries, where it aged for an additional three months. The resulting beer is crimson in color, lightly sour, bone dry, and crisp. Cherry is dominant up front, with subtler whiffs of toasted almonds and barnyard funk rounding out the finish.
