Two Villains Birthday Cat

In the first half of the year, we started a “Cat” themed milk stout series, in honor of our neighbors cat “Mell”, who would always join us on brew days in the backyard. It was only right then, that we honor him again by revisiting that series, only this time in a “Pastry” manner. Brewed with a cornucopia of roasted/black malts and a fluffy base of Flaked Oats, we then added some lactose for added sweetness and body and cold conditioned this sweet boy on a mix of Maple Syrup, cinnamon and Marshmallow to create a confectionery delight! Notes and aromas of dark chocolate and brownie batter melt their way into a thick and silky body. As it warms, the flavors come alive with expressions of Sticky flapjacks and decadent French toast.
