Beer Description
Coffee Stout brewed with Maris Otter, Chocolate Malt, Roasted Barley, Oats, Lactose, and Crystal Malt, blended after fermentation with over a Barrel of cold brew that was roasted just for us by our friends at Big Mouth Coffee Roasters.
Big Mouth Roasters sent us several heavy bags of Big Blend—their House Medium roast, which is chock full of rich, nutty, chocolatey flavors, and balanced by a mild citrus acidity. We took the beans and cold-steeped them in one of our stainless steel Bright Tanks for 24+ hours, then blended our pastry stout right into it. The resulting beer is smooth, creamy and decadent.
