Beer Description
We’ll be the first ones to admit that we never thought we’d make a sour. “When pigs fly,” we thought – and for no good reason, really, just because. But we hadn’t considered all the other things that could fly…like cranberries.
Cranberry puree complements the tartness of the base beer and contributes a slightly tannic finish. It also gives this sour ale a light-pink appearance, so it’s smart, complex and pretty.
