NYS Farm Beer – 71% NYS Malt 100% NYS Hops.
Created for our neighbors at Creekwalk Commons.
What is a Kentucky Common you ask? Style-wise, we’d consider this most akin to if you crossed an Amber Ale and a Kolsch.
We experimented with some rustic NYS grains, and showcased NYS hops to create this crowd pleaser. This historical style is full-bodied and full-flavored, but drinks nice and easy.
Malt – 2-Row, 6-Row, Flaked Corn, Flaked Rye, C45, Chocolate.
Hops – NYS Nugget
