Zwickelbier is the latest old world lager style poised for a comeback! Like the zwickel of tradition, ours is unfiltered, with a slight haze, and pale gold in color. Our use of pilsner malt and a touch Vienna provides a crisp and crackery, malt-forward lager. Small additions of Hallertau Mittelfruh offer just enough bitterness and a whiff of noble spice character. A delicious, easy drinking beer with enough nuance to keep you coming back for more!
