Beer Description
Our interpretation uses a combination of Cara Vienna and Carapils Copper malts to give our “oatmeal cookie” base that familiar flavor. Cara Vienna lends notes of caramel and toffee, while Carapils Copper gives us cinnamon cookie vibes.We added blueberry purée to bring the whole thing home, and ended with a clean, light-medium bodied, drinkable cookie. Boom shakalaka.
