Beer Description
As part of a collaboration with Non Sequitur Beer Project, this New Zealand Style Double IPA is one unique brew. A malt bill of 2-Row, Pilsner, Carapils, and Dextrose combined with a more neutral yeast strain provides a clean and crisp backbone to really let the double dry hopping with New Zealand grown Cascade, Motueka, and Nelson shine. A subtle haze, restrained bitterness, and dry body makes this Double IPA ultimately approachable and drinkable with zesty lemon lime and ripe gooseberry notes – perfect for a warm spring day.
