Inspired by the love of farmhouse ales, a Picnic In Utena (OOH-ten-AH) is a celebration of the farmhouse style as well as a metaphorical bridge of culture. Brewed with English pale malt, German, English, Czech and American hops and a Lithuanian farmhouse yeast strain. it delivers a deceptively easy drinking beer with a slight clove flavor and pithy bitterness pulling together the taste of lemon zest, nutty malt, and a bit of black pepper. This crisp finishing beer is delicious with food.
