Beer Description
We know, it feels endless, waiting and holding on till things evolve. This amber lager is our nod to the optimism we keep burning like a candle in the window. A sophisticated blend of Blue Ox malt (Maine) gives this beer a warm golden/copper hue. Smooth and clean with malt notes of lightly toasted bread. Brewed with Vienna, light caramel, Munich and dark wheat malts. Very low hop bitterness (Mt. Rainier hops from Four Star Farms) with pleasant noble, herbal notes.
