With a big, juicy tropical-laden berry nose and a massive fruit palate with bright acidity, it’s a crisp, refreshing summer ale with the gift of northland sunshine in every sip.
Our new series of sour ales continues with Wicker Basket Solberry. We’re excited to partner exclusively with Northland’s Maungatapere Farms in sourcing solberries, a tropical raspberry, for added regional terroir in our beers. For this one, we started a base brew with lactobacillus cultures before fermenting with ale yeast and conditioning on fruit for a week. With a big, juicy tropical-laden berry nose and a massive fruit palate with bright acidity, it’s a crisp, refreshing summer ale with the gift of northland sunshine in every sip.
